  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of the date you received the product.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact original condition and packaging it was received in.

  • All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

  2. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
